Terms

These terms are between you and House Taylor (Rhett Taylor) ("we", "us"), the maker of Boutique Runway (powered by Atelier, said "ah-tel-YAY") and Front Row, our free buying app at frontrow.style ("the free app"). 1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and using it for a business: your boutique, or one you work for. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you're allowed to.

2. Using the website and the free app

• Your results are guidance, not promises. Your owner type, the hours you could get back, your money move and any figures we show are estimates from your answers and your store's public pages. They aren't a guarantee of time saved, sales or profit, and they aren't financial, legal or tax advice.
• Some suggestions are made with automated help, including AI. Check anything before you rely on it, especially prices, sizes and product details.
• Be fair: don't misuse the site or app, try to break or copy it, scrape it, or enter someone else's store or information without permission.
• What's yours stays yours: your photos, notes and store information. You let us use them to run the service for you and, in combined, de-identified form, as our privacy policy describes. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.
• What's ours stays ours: the software, the method, the content and the brands (Boutique Runway, Atelier). You may use them for your own business while you use the service.
• The free app is free and may have limits on how much you can use it. We'll tell you about a limit before you reach it. We may change or end free features, with notice where we can.
• Vendors: the free app never ranks pieces or vendors because anyone paid us. Vendors never see your shortlist, your notes or your information.
• Check what Front Row reads before you rely on it. It reads paper orders, tags and handwriting with AI, and marks anything that doesn't add up, but it can still misread. Your orders, totals and prices are only as right as what you confirm on the check screen.
• Your Shopify files are yours to import. Front Row never changes your store. You choose whether and when to import a file, and you're responsible for checking it first. Follow the import steps shown (for example, leave "Overwrite products with matching handles" unticked), so existing products aren't changed.
• Photo Studio runs in your own ChatGPT account, under OpenAI's terms. Product photos you add back to Front Row are stored at public web addresses so Shopify can fetch them.
• Your private app link works like a key: keep it to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it.

3. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep everything accurate and running, but the website and free app are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses (such as lost sales or profit), and our total responsibility for the free services is limited to $100.

4. Boutique Runway membership

• The price: a one-time setup fee of $1,500, then $100 a month:
  • $60 a month for the tools in your store, billed through Shopify;
  • $40 a month for your membership (Lori's library, the posting tools, and new tools and lessons as they arrive), billed by us.
• Founding boutiques pay $80 a month instead of $100, locked for their first 12 months.
• What you need: a Shopify store. Klaviyo is optional.
• What's included: the store tools, the library and lessons, the posting tools, and setup help as described on the Runway page when you join. Runway is a product you run, not done-for-you service or coaching, unless your order says otherwise.
• No guarantee of results. Results depend on your store, your stock and what you do with the tools.
• Your shoppers' data: the store tools process your customers' information on your behalf. You own it. You're responsible for having permission to contact your customers, and the tools follow your Klaviyo and Shopify consent settings.

5. Billing, cancelling and refunds

• The monthly fee renews each month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. The store tools stop when you uninstall them in Shopify.
• Setup fee: fully refundable within 14 days of paying, as long as we haven't started your setup. Once setup has started, it isn't refundable.
• Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice. Founding rates stay locked for the 12 months promised.
• Platform fees: if a platform we connect to (such as Shopify) requires part of the fee to be billed through it, or charges a fee on it, we may move that billing there and adjust the price to cover the fee, with notice.

6. Text messages

• Program: Boutique Runway texts: your plan, a weekly money move for your boutique (about 1 a week), and messages about your application or membership.
• Only if you ask. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of buying anything.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies: about 1 a week, plus replies.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we'll confirm, then send nothing more. Reply HELP, or email [email protected], for help.
• Texts may be sent by a member of our team or with automated help. Carriers aren't responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our privacy policy. Your number and consent are never shared for anyone else's marketing.

7. Referrals

• When a boutique you referred joins and pays for Boutique Runway, you get:
  • Free app users: $100 cash, or $150 toward your own Runway setup (your choice).
  • Runway members: $150 off your membership.
• One reward per boutique that joins. The referral has to come through your link or code before they join, and they have to stay a paying member for 30 days before the reward is paid.
• No self-referrals, and no referrals of a store you own or co-own. No spam or misleading claims while referring; we may cancel rewards that break this.
• Cash rewards are paid within 30 days after they qualify. If you earn over $600 in a year, we'll need a W-9 before paying, and we'll send you a 1099.
• We may change or end the program with notice; rewards already earned are still paid.

8. Ending things

You can stop using the free services and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering a service (with notice, and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid monthly fee).

9. The legal bits

• If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll tell members before it takes effect.
